Hello!
The Tenth Brumaire is upon us. We hope to see many of you at the main event on Sunday. There are some incredible producers pouring their wines. But as insiders know, the best parts of Brumaire weekend happen outside of the salon itself. There are countless tastings, dinners and parties happening from Wednesday to Sunday, and then more happening in Los Angeles in the following days. As the unofficial host of the weekend, Ordinaire tends to keep the shop clear of big events, preferring instead to be a chill landing spot for locals and visitors to enjoy a well-priced glass of Gamay with a nice piece of cheese. BUT we do have a few special things up our sleeves….
KEVIN’S DINNER
Our own Kevin Flood will be cooking dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening. You can order à la carte or opt for the menu (I recommend the latter). The menu will look like this:
Country Terrine with Kohlrabi
Coq au Vin
Cheese
The idea is to offer something delicious, warm and filling for those of you looking to enjoy a nice bottle of wine while sitting at a table. We’ve stocked the cave and shelves with countless delicious bottles. Here’s a picture of us testing the menu. Yum!

BRUMAIRE SUNDAY + CASE DE KEI
The shop will be closed in the afternoon, but we will reopen at 5pm for the Brumaire After Party. Per tradition, Keisuke will be cooking party food, starting at 5:30pm. It will be fun and everyone will be there. Pork and/or Mushroom Burritos and a Miso Pozole will be on the menu. Eat up. Drink Up. See you on the dance floor.
